1. What the Platform Does

1. It lets founders show anonymised teasers of their projects.
2. It lets investors request introductions; contact opens only with the founder's consent (double opt-in).
3. It provides technical tools: data rooms, NDAs, the idea fingerprint, Verified Handover, AI services and general procedures guides.

2. What the Platform Does Not Do

1. It takes no commission or percentage from any deal or financing.
2. It does not receive, hold or transfer funds, and does not provide escrow or trust-account services.
3. It does not offer securities, conduct crowdfunding, lend, or manage funds or portfolios.
4. It does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
5. It does not guarantee any user, project, sponsor or outcome.
6. It does not carry out any non-banking financial or securities activity requiring a licence from Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority, Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority or the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, since it does not raise, hold, transfer or invest funds, does not offer securities, does not run crowdfunding and takes no commission. Its operation therefore does not require a licence from these authorities.
7. It does not claim any licence, certification, insurance or external audit.

3. Deals Between Users

1. Any agreement, investment or sale happens directly between users, off the platform.
2. The Company is not a party to these agreements or an agent of either party, and is not responsible for their performance.
3. Each party must comply with the laws that apply to it, including company, capital markets, tax and anti-money-laundering laws in its country.

4. Information Shown

4.1 Project and user data

1. Founders provide their own data; the Company does not review it or guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
2. Identity verification by an administrator is a limited internal measure, not a guarantee.
3. Figures and metrics are shown as entered by their owners.

4.2 Idea fingerprint

The idea fingerprint is technical evidence that certain content existed at a certain time. It is not a patent or a copyright or trademark registration, and it does not prevent others from developing a similar idea.

4.3 Procedures guides and AI outputs

1. The procedures guides for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are general information drawn from cited sources; procedures may change before the guides are updated.
2. AI outputs may be wrong and are informational only. See the "AI Use Policy".
3. Always check with the competent official authority and consult a qualified adviser.
