Every plan includes: a project profile and anonymised teaser, investor intro requests with your approval, the procedures guide, and AI assistants paid with points. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds, and the final amount is shown clearly before you pay.
For investors: free
Investor accounts are completely free: browse project teasers, request intros (up to 10 per week), sign the NDA and enter data rooms once the founder accepts. AI analysis tools are optional and paid with points.
Point packs
Points are only for AI services and add-ons, not part of any plan. The bigger the pack, the cheaper each point, and points are valid for 12 months from purchase.

For service providers
A funder, law or accounting firm, or virtual office? A fixed annual subscription shows you to founders in your category and in the step where they need you — no commission. Plans and prices are on the join page.
Payment and billing questions
Can points be refunded as cash?
Points are prepaid credit for optional services; they can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Under the proposed refund policy, a pack with no points used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase (or as consumer-protection law provides, if better for you); used or expired points are not refunded. The refund terms are still pending final approval.
What if an AI service fails?
Points are only deducted after the service completes successfully. If it fails, nothing is deducted.
How long are points valid?
12 months from the purchase of each pack. The points expiring soonest are used first, and we remind you before they expire.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan's benefits last until the end of the paid period. When a plan ends, your account returns to the free plan without deleting your project data.
Are subscription fees refundable?
Subscription refund terms are still pending final approval. Refund requests go to support@octasolutions.net with the transaction number, and money is returned to the original payment method through the gateway.
How do I pay?
Through the Egyptian payment gateway Kashier. You enter card details directly with the gateway and the platform doesn't store them; an invoice is issued after successful payment.
Is there a commission on deals?
None at all. We take no percentage of any deal or funding, and deal money never passes through the platform.
